The team that arrived to our home Friday afternoon before the SuperBowl was absolutely amazing. The company that had come out earlier in the day told us to secure the water for the weekend and they would return Monday. These folks gave 100% of their time, effort, focus and dedication to finding and fixing a pipe leak below the slab. They worked non-stop for hours and communicated with us every step of the way. There was no doubt in our mind, they were the best team for the job and they proved it. They repaired the leak, brought fans to dry the flooring and personally met the insurance adjuster here to explain what they did. They truly took a disaster of a situation and gave us peace of mind over a 3-day period that could have ended up much differently. I highly recommend this company and this team of experts for any and all plumbing issues (planned and unplanned). They are kind, highly qualified, professional and handled the paperwork with ease.

A friend of mine was need of emergency services; the city had turned her water off because of a broken supply line. She was housebound and had no one within a day’s travel to be able to help her handle the situation. I called On-Deck Plumbing to arrange services, explained the situation, and they were out at her house 3 hours later, got her broken pipe fixed, water turned on, and did it all for a reasonable price of $105 ($100 less than what I was quoted from 3 other contractors). The technician who went to the house was polite, courteous, and did not try to up-sell my friend at all. They were quick, efficient, fairly priced, and no nonsense. Thank you.

Mike and his guys saved the day. Our septic had issues on a Sunday after our tank alarm failed to warn us so we could have dealt with the issue during the week (always a dang weekend, right?). Mike was able to come out and do an emergency temporary repair to get us straightened out. His guys came the very next morning and got everything sorted. This isn’t the first time we’ve used On-Deck Plumbing. They also plumbed our new build home flawlessly and in record time to keep our build on schedule. Best. Service. Ever.
This a great company to have help with septic and plumbing. We’re buying a house, and they have been very helpful with their responses, timeliness of their availability and work, thorough breakdowns of work needing to be completed, and fairness with prices. I will go back to them for our needs!

I needed to have my house replumbed. The original replumb was over 20 years old and brittle. I had a water break repaired and was concerned I would have additional problems. On-Deck Plumbing was one of 3 estimates. Josh was very thorough in explaining their process. They were the plumbing company of choice. Their pricing was the best, used excellent products, and the holes they had to make in the drywall were minimal. They have earned a new customer for any future plumbing needs I may have. I wish I could give this company 10 stars. They responded immediately and were here in around two hours. They were very courteous and polite and found the problem within minutes. The price for the repair was also reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely call them again if I ever have another problem.
Top notch! Job was to repair a leaky kitchen faucet and install a new faucet and supply lines on a claw foot tub. No scratches or wrench marks on new faucet set and install was flawless. Get this…another company’s plumbing estimate was 3 times more what On-Deck Plumbing charged!!! On-Deck is my go-to from here on out!

After several failed attempts and another company coming out… I reached out to On-Deck Plumbing. They were there on time, were able to detect all the issues, and corrected everything that day (having to return later that evening to complete one issue). They were very professional, focused on the issue, knowledgeable of everything that was needed to repair and had all the tools on site to fix everything. After the repairs, they cleaned up everything, leaving no mess at all behind. I started my morning with an upstairs shower working, and ended my day with two fully functioning bathrooms and kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the professionalism they show and amazing service they provide!
The owner evaluated the problem. The had a leak detection person come over and found the leak. They replaced the pipe at a reasonable price.
I had an emergency with a broken pipe under the house. I called another plumber that I had seen advertising for. They gave a quote for +$4000 more and couldn’t get to it for over a week. Meanwhile we don’t have any water so would have had to go to a motel. They also said that they couldn’t guarantee they wouldn’t damage tile and flooring. On-Deck Plumbing was suggested by an interior designer friend we have, and it is the best recommendation we have ever had. They only turned off the water for one day, I can’t even see where they came into the house with the piping, and they did it rapidly and cleanly. When the inspector came to inspect the property, he said he knew he wouldn’t have any problems with the inspection because of the fact that on that On-Deck Plumbing had done it. We are one overly satisfied customer.

On-Deck Plumbing just left the house and I had to write a review of the experience!! Husband wanted to fix the leak behind the shower wall himself, but I talked him into calling a professional so no shower tiles would be damaged. Called On-Deck Plumbing after reading their reviews and I was not disappointed. Got here quick and fixed our leak super quick – for a fair price!! Could not be happier to have my water up and running an hour and a half after calling!! Definitely recommend!!

Had a minor plumbing emergency in our guest bathroom and Dillon came over well within the timeframe given. Repaired the pipes, caused minimal drywall damage for an easy future repair, and explained everything in detail. Will be using On-Deck Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs!
On-Deck Plumbing is great. Got ahold of my landlord after I saw water coming up out of the ground and they had them come out and check on it and it was a busted waterline. Mike and Jose were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They really saved us from a time bind with selling our home and were able to quickly diagnose the issue and resolve it. My husband and I were beginning to stress out as we neared the closing date and we were having issues. This company is truly the best, communicative, extremely knowledgeable, and really put us at ease. Mike really helped us by squeezing us in at short notice. I feel so relieved knowing the issue is fixed. Mike is extremely honest; we had another plumbing company come over and wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount for something that wasn’t the issue. Not to mention… this previous company allegedly replaced our float switch less than a year ago and it stopped working; Mike quickly diagnosed that was the issue, and after replacing it, he stay and tested it to make sure that would solve our problem and sure enough it did! We are so appreciative of On-Deck Plumbing. We will definitely only be going with On-Deck Plumbing for our future needs. 100% recommend!

I was totally amazed. Had leak coming to house from water meter, just under concrete driveway. Called them Saturday and I agreed it could wait until next morning (Sunday 12/23). They arrived by 8 AM, found & fixed leak in a little over an hour. Note this was Sunday and a day before Xmas eve. They handed me the bill and I wrote them a check. I’m not going to say what they charged, but I will say it was extremely fair and reasonable, about 1/2 what I paid another company a few years ago for a similar but simpler repair in another part of my yard. Courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, VERY reasonable. So thankful to have found them; thanks again guys!!

Mike and his wonderful team came within a half hour of my phone call. They were quick to access the leak in the master bathroom. The leak was located in front of the sink. They brought in a jack hammer and cut through the floor tile, repaired the hot water pipe under the foundation, and brought in a dehumidifier to dry up the water. They took photos and contacted the insurance company on my behalf. There were issues with the insurance company not wanting to pay, but On-Deck Plumbing worked it out to my advantage. It is without a doubt if I ever have any plumbing issues in the future, On-Deck Plumbing will be on my speed dial.

Called On-Deck Plumbing around 10:30 in the morning with a leak in our main water line. Initially letting me know it could be next day, they ended up working me in around 2pm. They were quick and efficient with repairs, and my water was back on before 4pm.
Woke up this morning and had no hot water. After calling several other plumbers, On-Deck Plumbing was able to send somebody out today, diagnose and fix the hot water heater. Very good communication and the tech arrived on time and the whole job was completed within an hour. I definitely recommend On-Deck Plumbing and will use them for any future plumbing needs. Thank you for the quick service and fixing the water heater.
On-Deck Plumbing did a great job replacing the drain line from the house to the city sewer. I had a tight window of 3 days to get it done and they got right to it; wasted no time and got the job done. Pricing was great (not the most expensive, not the cheapest, exactly where you want it). Mike was very responsive to my questions throughout the process. Would definitely do business with them again.

I had a bathtub faucet that would not stop running. They came on time. Gave a realistic estimate and were fast and reliable. I have used plumbers before that had no clue what they were doing, and it was such a joy to find some that do. I will never call anyone again. They are great!
