Mike and his guys saved the day. Our septic had issues on a Sunday after our tank alarm failed to warn us so we could have dealt with the issue during the week(always a dang weekend, right?), Mike was able to come out and do an emergency temporary repair to get us straightened out. I had an emergency with a broken pipe under the house. I called another plumber that I had seen advertising for. They gave a a quote for +$4000.more and couldn’t get to it for over a week. Meanwhile we don’t have any water so would have had to go to a motel. They also said that they couldn’t guarantee they wouldn’t damage tile and flooring.Ondeck Plumbing was suggested by an interior designer friend we have, and it is the best recommendation we have ever had. They only turned off the water for one day I can’t even see where they came into the house with the piping and they did it rapidly And cleanly. I needed to have my house replumbed. The original replumb was over 20 years old and brittle. I had a water break repaired and was concerned I would have additional problems. After several failed attempts and another company coming out... I reached out to OnDeck Plumbing. They were there on time, were able to detect all the issues, and corrected everything that day (having to return later that evening to complete one issue). They were very professional, focused on the issue, knowledgeable of everything that was needed to repair and had all the tools on site to fix everything. After the repairs, they cleaned up everything, leaving no mess at all behind. I started my morning with an upstairs shower working, and ended my day with two fully functioning bathrooms and kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the professionalism they show and amazing service they provide!

Woke up this morning and had no hot water. After calling several other plumbers, On Deck was able to send somebody out today, diagnose and fix the hot water heater. Top notch! Job was to repair a leaky kitchen faucet and install a new faucet and supply lines on a claw foot tub. No scratches or wrench marks on new faucets set and install was flawless. Get this...Stuart’s plumbing estimate was 3 times more what OnDeck charged!!! OnDeck is my Go-To from here on out!

Mike and his wonderful team came within a half hour of my phone call. They were quick to access the leak in the master bathroom. The leak was located in front of the sink. They brought in a jack hammer and cut through the floor tile, repaired the hot water pipe under the foundation and brought in a dehumidifier to dry up the water. They took photos and contacted the insurance company on my behalf. There were issues with the insurance company not wanting to pay, but OnDeck Plumbing worked it out to my advantage. It is without a doubt if I ever have any plumbing issues in the future, OnDeck Plumbing will be on my speed dial.

Mike and Jose were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. They really saved us from a time bind with selling our home, and were able to quickly diagnose the issue and resolve it. A friend of mine was need of emergency services - the city had turned her water off because of a broken supply line. She was housebound and had no one within a days travel to be able to help her handle the situation. I called OnDeck Plumbing to arrange services, explained the situation, and they were out at her house 3 hours later, got her broken pipe fixed, water turned on, and did it all for a reasonable price of $105 ($100 less than what I was quoted from 3 other contractors). The technician who went to the house was polite, courtesy, and did not try to up-sell my friend at all.They were quick, efficient, fairly priced, and no nonsense.Thank you.

The team that arrived to our home Friday afternoon before the SuperBowl was absolutely amazing. The company that had come out earlier in the day told us to secure the water for the weekend and they would return Monday. These folks gave 100% of their time, effort, focus and dedication to finding and fixing a pipe leak below the slab. They worked non-stop for hours and communicated with us every step of the way. There was no doubt in our mind, they were the best team for the job and they proved it. They repaired the leak, brought fans to dry the flooring and personally met the insurance adjuster here to explain what they did. They truly took a disaster of a situation and gave us peace of mind over a 3 day period that could have ended up much differently. I highly recommend this company and this team of experts for any and all plumbing issues (planned and unplanned). They are kind, highly qualified, professional and handled the paperwork with ease.

I was totally amazed . Had leak coming to house from water meter , just under concrete driveway . Called them Saturday and I agreed it could wait until next morning (Sunday 12/23) . They arrived by 8 AM , found & fixed leak in a little over an hour . Note this was Sunday and a day before Xmas eve . They handed me the bill and I wrote them a check . I'm not going to say what they charged , but I will say it was extremely fair and reasonable . about 1/2 what I paid another company a few years ago for a similar but simpler repair in another part of my yard . On-Deck just left the house and had to write a review of the experience!! Husband wanted to fix the leak behind the shower wall himself, but I talked him into calling a professional so no shower tiles would be damaged. Called on a Sunday late afternoon for assistance with a leak while installing new hybrid water heater. Arrived within one hour. They re-worked fittings and fixed leak with thermal expansion tank in about an hour. The price was fair I thought given it was a Sunday at 5pm. I think I found a trusted plumber.

Used Stuart Plumbing before (which we were satisfied with) but they could not come out today. We called On-Deck Plumbing instead. Very fast service and the 2 guys that came out, Dillon and Jacob, were superb. My toilet line was clogged and they climbed on my roof and ran drain machine to unclog and replaced some parts in my toilet. Excellent company! Don't go anywhere else. Two days ago my toilets started backing up. I called the first 5 star company on google's list. The guy came out and told me that I needed a septic tank. He didn't check inside or anything else. He said that dirt had filled up my tank and they could put a new in for $6500 plus. Then he charged me $200 for his fee to come out and check it out. I told him that his office hadn't said anything about a fee to check anything out. Anyway, I called the next company on the list. They came out and examined my septic tank and he told me that there wasn't anything wrong with my septic tank. It is old and will need to be replaced, but that isn't why the toilets are backing up. His guess was that I had a blockage between the house and the tank. He referred me to On Deck Plumbing.I spoke with Mike at nine yesterday morning. I explained that I had to go to Moffitt for chemo therapy in the morning but I would be home around 1. I called mike when I got home just after 1PM. He said that he would send someone out as soon as possible. It wasn't thirty minutes later that Jason and Jose' arrived. They were finished and had me flowing within twenty-five minutes.I highly recommend this company to everyone.

We had an incident on a Sunday morning. Our toilet was stopped up and all the drains were bubbling. I looked online to find a plumber and came across On Deck with its 5 star rating. I called them and he was here as soon as he could. I understand the the 5 star rating. He found the problem in the the first 5 minutes. There was a filter in our septic tank that was stopped up and had to be cleaned out. Mike got all the drains and toilets working and made arrangements for someone to be here on Monday to take care of the septic tank. We have found a good plumber!! Called Mike in the morning for a specific job that he was very familiar with and sent out Jason and Jose to do the job. They both listened to my request and did it perfectly to a "T". The job was priced exactly as I expected it to be. I will need some finishing plumbing work done after kitchen is done. Hope he can price it right and do it for me again. Called 3 other plumbers in Lakeland and they are all wet. Jason returned on 10-17 to complete under the cabinet valve installation after cabinet has been installed. He does great work and installed the valves to the configuration I requested. Now kitchen is coming to a close. ON DECK is the plumber I will call when needing one. The price was correct as quoted after job was done also.
