Mike and his guys saved the day. Our septic had issues on a Sunday after our tank alarm failed to warn us so we could have dealt with the issue during the week(always a dang weekend, right?), Mike was able to come out and do an emergency temporary repair to get us straightened out. I had an emergency with a broken pipe under the house. I called another plumber that I had seen advertising for. They gave a a quote for +$4000.more and couldn’t get to it for over a week. Meanwhile we don’t have any water so would have had to go to a motel. They also said that they couldn’t guarantee they wouldn’t damage tile and flooring.
Ondeck Plumbing was suggested by an interior designer friend we have, and it is the best recommendation we have ever had. They only turned off the water for one day I can’t even see where they came into the house with the piping and they did it rapidly And cleanly. When the inspector came to inspect the property, he said he knew he wouldn’t have any problems with the inspection because of the fact that on that On deck Plumbing had done it.
