Called On Deck around 10:30 in the morning with a leak in our main water line. Initially letting me know it could be next day, they ended up working me in around 2pm. They were quick and efficient with repairs and my water was back on before 4pm

Mike and his guys saved the day. I had an emergency with a broken pipe under the house. I called another plumber that I had seen advertising for. They gave a a quote for +$4000.more and couldn’t get to it for over a week. Meanwhile we don’t have any water so would have had to go to a motel. They also said that they couldn’t guarantee they wouldn’t damage tile and flooring.
Ondeck Plumbing was suggested by an interior designer friend we have, and it is the best recommendation we have ever had. They only turned off the water for one day I can’t even see where they came into the house with the piping and they did it rapidly And cleanly. When the inspector came to inspect the property, he said he knew he wouldn’t have any problems with the inspection because of the fact that on that On deck Plumbing had done it.

After several failed attempts and another company coming out... I reached out to OnDeck Plumbing. They were there on time, were able to detect all the issues, and corrected everything that day (having to return later that evening to complete one issue). They were very professional, focused on the issue, knowledgeable of everything that was needed to repair and had all the tools on site to fix everything. After the repairs, they cleaned up everything, leaving no mess at all behind. I started my morning with an upstairs shower working, and ended my day with two fully functioning bathrooms and kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the professionalism they show and amazing service they provide!

Woke up this morning and had no hot water. After calling several other plumbers, On Deck was able to send somebody out today, diagnose and fix the hot water heater. Mike and his wonderful team came within a half hour of my phone call. They were quick to access the leak in the master bathroom. The leak was located in front of the sink. They brought in a jack hammer and cut through the floor tile, repaired the hot water pipe under the foundation and brought in a dehumidifier to dry up the water. They took photos and contacted the insurance company on my behalf. There were issues with the insurance company not wanting to pay, but OnDeck Plumbing worked it out to my advantage. It is without a doubt if I ever have any plumbing issues in the future, OnDeck Plumbing will be on my speed dial.
